Emergency Afterhours

We offer an ON-CALL afterhours emergency assistance service which is staffed by one of our senior team members. This service is to be used for urgent booking related matters travelling within 48 hours which cannot be handled during normal call centre hours. Use of this service attracts an additional fee as per your companies corporate account fee structure. To access this service, you simply call our normal call centre number and press 1.

Note: Emails are not monitored afterhours and will be actioned during call centre hours

Online Booking Tool Support

Any support requests for the online booking tool utilised by your company, must be directed to the below email address. Our team will action your support request during our normal call centre hours as per your companies SLA.

Finance & Invoicing Support

Key members of your team will have access to our Analytics portal which provides both real time reporting and hosts all invoices generated giving you the freedom to download the information any time day or night. Supporting this is our finance team who, if you have any queries, can help you via the email listed below.
